Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Prior experience in residential cleaning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. The House Cleaner will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene
- Laundry and linen changing as needed to maintain fresh and tidy environments
- Organize and manage cleaning supplies efficiently for each assignment
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns professionally
- Maintain confidentiality and respect clients’ privacy at all times
Requirements
- Proficiency in English;
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or related fields such as hospitality or housekeeping preferred
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Basic cooking skills are desirable but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently at various locations
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning services
Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00-$20.50 per hour
