Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician - Hydronic Heating & or Sheet Metal Installer

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Technician with a focus on hydronic heating systems and or sheet metal installation to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Technician who excels in the installation and maintenance of custom hydronic heating systems and or sheet metal work. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and maintaining safety and compliance on all projects.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the installation and maintenance of custom hydronic heating systems in high-end residential homes.
Perform sheet metal installation, ensuring all components meet design specifications.
Collaborate with project managers, and clients to ensure systems are designed and installed according to requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues.
Provide mentorship and supervision to junior technicians and apprentices.
Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.
Qualifications:
G1 or G2 - Gas Technician
313A or 313D - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
308A or 308R - Sheetmetal
Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record
Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC, specializing in hydronic heating systems and or sheet metal work.
Strong knowledge of HVAC installation and system design.
Experience leading a team of technicians and managing job site operations.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
