Starting Pay: -$25-$35, Weekly Pay! Seasonal Nov-Apr.
-Starting pay is based on your experience using residential farm tractor.
- Guaranteed $1/hr. raise every year you return until you max out at $35.
- Training provided with pay.
- Guaranteed salary, for whatever reason we don’t have the work you still get your base salary.
- 2 weeks paid vacation after 1 full year.
- Overtime is paid after 44 hours per week.
- Summer work will be lawn care/ landscaping. Unless you bring skills in another industry.

Requirements:
- Must have “G” driving license and a safe driving mentality.
- Must be available 24/7 “ON- CALL” between Nov 1-Apr 15.
