Summary
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Sherwood Powersports & Marine. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers needing service assistance, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. Your contributions will help us deliver exceptional service aligned with our company's values of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and understand their service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Proven dealership or service department experience.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to powersports or marine equipment is an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to upsell services confidently.
- Good organizational skills for scheduling and record-keeping.
