Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using tools such as R, Python, SQL, and Oracle to uncover trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate within Agile project teams to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Participate in the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring quality and efficiency in data projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation using VBA, Bash (Unix shell), and database design principles.
- Support project management activities by tracking progress, documenting requirements with Visio, and maintaining clear communication across teams.
- Ensure data integrity and security while managing databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle, adhering to best practices in database design.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role with strong proficiency in SQL, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
- Demonstrated ability to perform complex data analysis skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and project management principles to deliver timely results.
- Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience designing databases, creating visual reports, and automating workflows using VBA or Bash scripting is highly desirable.
- Excellent analysis skills complemented by effective communication abilities for presenting insights clearly to diverse audiences.

Pay: $747.81-$1,611.72 per year
