- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them in finding products, and answer their questions about vaping devices, e-liquids, and accessories. Provide recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest products, brands, and industry trends. Be knowledgeable about the different types of devices, e-liquids, and their components.
- Sales Transactions: Handle sales transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale system. Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash register operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and keep the store organized. Report low inventory or any discrepancies to the store manager.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean and presentable, including tidying up displays and organizing products. Follow store policies for safety and cleanliness.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to local and national regulations regarding the sale of vaping products, including age verification procedures and proper handling of regulated products.
- Promotions and Marketing: Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and new arrivals. Help create a positive shopping experience that encourages repeat business.
- Customer Education: Educate customers about safe vaping practices and the proper use and maintenance of their devices. Address any concerns they might have about product safety or usage.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate to a manager if necessary. Work to resolve problems to the customer’s satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members, assisting with their tasks when needed and contributing to a positive work environment.
