We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities.
- Assess client conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to optimize results.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in compliance with health regulations.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment in accordance with health standards.
- Foster a relaxing and professional environment that enhances client satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and continuing education requirements to maintain licensure and improve skills.
Requirements
- Valid license as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients.
- Strong communication skills to explain treatment procedures and address client concerns clearly.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in a busy environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.

Pay: $55.00-$100.00 per hour
