We are seeking hardworking, reliable, and motivated General Labourers to join our construction team. This position offers consistent daytime hours and a competitive starting wage.
Whether you are looking for full-time career stability or flexible part-time shifts, this role provides excellent hands-on experience in the construction industry. No prior experience is required—we are fully prepared to train individuals who possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Assist with preparing, clearing, and cleaning up construction sites daily.
Load, unload, and move construction materials, tools, and equipment to appropriate work areas.
Operate basic hand tools and light machinery (e.g., shovels, wheelbarrows, drills, and grinders) under supervision.
Support skilled tradespeople (such as carpenters, masons, or painters) with various tasks on-site.
Follow all workplace safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Perform miscellaneous physical tasks as assigned by the site supervisor.
Entry-level candidates welcome! Previous construction or general labor experience is an asset, but not required.
Physical capability to perform demanding manual labor, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods.
Must own CSA-approved steel-toe safety boots.
Strong reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to working safely.
Ability to follow verbal instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable transportation to travel to assigned job sites.
