Le ou la Contrôleur financier de l’usine assure le leadership, la supervision et le développement professionnel de l’équipe de comptabilité de l’usine, tout en contribuant à l’atteinte des objectifs et des résultats financiers de l’établissement. Cette personne travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de direction de l’usine, les employés de l’usine, l’organisation Finance – Contrôle de gestion de l’Amérique du Nord ainsi que la direction de la fabrication des Amériques.
La personne titulaire du poste supervise les activités liées à la comptabilité, à la production de rapports financiers, aux contrôles internes et à l’analyse financière, tout en veillant au respect des normes et des exigences réglementaires en matière de finances. Elle contribue également aux initiatives d’amélioration continue et favorise l’excellence financière dans l’ensemble des activités de l’usine.
Pourquoi ce rôle est important
Assurer l’exactitude des rapports financiers, la conformité aux principes comptables généralement reconnus (PCGR/GAAP), ainsi que le respect des exigences de la loi Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) et des contrôles internes.
Diriger et superviser les processus de production des rapports financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels, notamment les activités de clôture des états financiers, les rapprochements de comptes, les analyses fonctionnelles et les rapports requis.
Cinq années ou plus d’expérience en comptabilité, en audit et/ou en analyse financière, idéalement au sein d’une grande entreprise, d’une organisation manufacturière ou d’un cabinet comptable.
Solide connaissance des PCGR/GAAP, des contrôles internes, de la conformité SOX, de l’information financière, de la comptabilité de coûts, de la gestion des stocks et de l’analyse et de la résolution de problèmes.

The Plant Finance Manager provides leadership, supervision, and career development for the Plant Accounting Team while supporting the achievement of the plant's financial goals and objectives. This role partners closely with the Plant Leadership Team, Plant Associates, North America Finance Controlling Organization, and Americas Manufacturing Management. The position oversees accounting, reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis activities while ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations. The Plant Finance Manager also supports continuous improvement initiatives and drives financial excellence across the operation.

What You Will Do
Lead and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes, including financial statement close activities, account reconciliations, functional analysis, and assigned reporting requirements.
Apply and review GAAP accounting principles, evaluate financial transactions, and support accurate accounting treatment and reporting.
Maintain an effective internal control environment, support SOX compliance activities, and ensure timely remediation of identified control gaps and audit findings.
Drive process improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to finance processes and systems.
Collaborate with plant departments and leadership teams to implement financial analysis tools, support annual operating plan activities, and provide monthly and quarterly financial analysis.
Develop direct reports through coaching, knowledge transfer, performance feedback, and succession planning for key finance roles.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or another business-related field.
Five or more years of experience in accounting, auditing, and/or financial analysis, preferably within a large corporate, manufacturing organization, or public accounting firm.
Bilingual proficiency in French and English, including both written and verbal communication.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, SOX compliance, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, and analytical problem-solving.
Experience leading and developing employees, with demonstrated people management and talent development capabilities.
CPA, CMA, and/or MBA preferred.
