Skills Required:
- Dynatrace Configuration & Implementation
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace Managed/SaaS environments.
- Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent across diverse platforms (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Containers).
- Configure monitoring for:
- Web applications, Microservices and APIs, Databases and middleware
- Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Set up custom services, dashboards, and alerts aligned with business KPIs.
2. Monitoring & Performance Optimization
- Analyze application performance using Dynatrace features like:
- AI-powered Davis insights
- Identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and outages.
3. Alerting & Incident Support
- Configure alert profiles, anomaly detection, and problem notifications.
- Integrate Dynatrace with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Provide L2/L3 support for Dynatrace-related incidents
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and DevOps teams for issue resolution.
4. Automation & Integration
- Utilize Dynatrace APIs for automation and integration.
- Support CI/CD pipelines with monitoring integrations.
- Create scripts or automation workflows for onboarding applications.
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
