What You Will Do
- Production: Assist in preparing, baking, and packaging products following our signature recipes.
- Quality Control: Accurately measure ingredients and conduct quality checks to ensure consistency.
- Safety & Hygiene: Maintain a clean workstation and follow all Alberta food safety and OHS guidelines.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate bakery tools and machinery (training provided).
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and manage inventory.
What You Bring
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality for early morning or scheduled shifts.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to follow precise instructions and measurements.
- Team Player: Effective communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg).
- Experience: Previous food production or bakery experience is an asset, but not required.
