The Renaissance Edmonton Airport Hotel is on the hunt for a culinary rockstar to help us revolutionize the dining scene in North America. Introducing: Seven Paintings - The Art of Dining – a jaw-dropping, 7-course culinary experience like nothing you've ever seen before. And guess what? We need a Junior Sous Chef with the chops to help us pull it off!
This position is a permanent full time salaried position where you’ll earn $55,000 per year, and enjoy sweet gratuities along with it!
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB
As our Junior Sous Chef, you’ll team up with our Executive Sous Chef to lead a kitchen crew that’s all about delivering show-stopping food. We’re talking about a culinary spectacle where every plate is a masterpiece, and every guest leaves in awe. Your job? Make sure everything from food safety to flavor is on point, every single time.

- Food Safety: Keep our kitchen squeaky clean and safe.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED
Education and Experience
Must-Have: Red Seal Certification in Culinary Arts.
Bonus Points: High school diploma or GED + 5 years of culinary experience, or a 2-year degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management + 3 years of experience.
