Clover Property Care is looking for a reliable, hardworking person to join our growing property maintenance company. This role will start as a hands-on landscaping and lawn care position, with the opportunity to grow into a crew leader, driver, and customer-facing role.
The right person will help with lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, spring and fall cleanups, garden bed cleanup, weeding, pruning, mulch installation, soil spreading, yard waste removal, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and other seasonal property care services.
Over time, this person will be trained to drive the company van, lead a small crew, communicate with customers, take before and after photos, organize tools and equipment, and make sure each job is completed properly and professionally.
Responsibilities include:
- Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and cleanup
- Spring and fall property cleanups
- Garden bed cleanup, weeding, pruning, and mulch installation
- Loading and unloading tools, equipment, soil, mulch, plants, and yard waste
- Driving the company van once trained and approved
- Keeping the van, tools, and equipment clean and organized
- Taking before and after photos of jobs
- Communicating with customers in a professional and friendly way
- Reporting customer requests, issues, damage, delays, or extra work needed
- Helping complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard
- Assisting with snow removal and winter property care, depending on the season
Requirements:
- Valid G driver’s licence preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with physical outdoor work
- Able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working in different weather conditions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Lawn care, landscaping, construction, snow removal, or labour experience is an asset
