Operations Supervisor (Retail Portfolio) | Warrington PCI Management (WPM)
Warrington PCI Management is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to support a portfolio of retail shopping centres.
This role is ideal for someone with strong retail property operations experience who can lead day-to-day maintenance, coordinate contractors, and ensure each property remains safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Experience in retail environments (e.g., shopping centres, retail plazas) is strongly preferred, as the role requires an understanding of high-traffic properties and tenant-facing operations.
Please note this role requires continuous status in Canada due to the Security Clearance required for this portfolio.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise maintenance and janitorial teams across multiple retail properties
- Plan, schedule, and oversee repairs, preventative maintenance, and capital projects
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify issues and maintain high property standards
- Support the safe, reliable operation of building systems (HVAC, lighting, life safety, etc.)
- Coordinate contractors and trades, including site access and follow-ups on approved work
- Support tenant coordination, including move-ins, move-outs, and tenant improvements
- Respond to tenant inquiries and operational requests in a professional, timely manner
- Ensure properties remain clean, safe, and compliant with health & safety standards
- Assist with budgeting, tracking projects, and operational planning
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What We’re Looking For (Must-Have)
- Minimum 5+ years of retail property maintenance or building operations experience
- Direct experience working in retail environments (shopping centres or retail plazas)
- Experience with commercial building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, life safety)
- Proven ability to supervise or lead maintenance or operations teams
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to travel between multiple properties
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and on-call emergency response
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Nice-to-Have
- Trade certification in a building operations-related field
- Experience with property systems (e.g., Angus Anywhere, DDC, etc.)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and mobile tools

Schedule & Work Requirements
- Full-time
- Travel required between multiple retail sites
- Must be available for after-hours emergency response
Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
