The Opportunity
As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in maximizing dealership profitability while delivering a seamless and premium experience to every customer.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling the back-end of vehicle deals
- Selling F&I products at a high level
- Obtaining approvals on Prime & Subprime applications
- Completing all manufacturer and ownership paperwork
- Submitting and collecting funding
- Presenting and explaining all finance products (Warranty, Insurance, Protection Packages, etc.)
- Maintaining an exceptional customer experience
- Reconciling incentive receivables
- Maximizing finance department profitability
- Preparing weekly performance reports
- Ensuring all legal and financial compliance standards are met
Who You Are
You are a driven, organized, and results-focused finance professional who wants to win.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 2+ years of automotive finance experience (subprime knowledge is a strong asset)
- Understands sales and finance processes inside and out
- Is confident presenting finance products and closing deals
- Has strong contract knowledge
- Brings excellent time management and organization skills
- Holds (or can obtain) a VSA license
- Has a valid driver’s license
- Is eligible to work in Canada
- Is a difference maker — not a passenger
Requirements:
- Previous finance and sales experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of sales and finance process.
- Excellent organization skills
- Able to obtain and maintain VSA license
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Maple Ridge, British Columbia, located at 23213 Lougheed Highway, Maple Ridge, BC, V2W 1C1.
Compensation for this position ranges from $165,000 – $230,000+ annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
