Job Summary
Carrera Customs is looking for a personable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll ensure they have an exceptional experience from their first inquiry to their final purchase. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about automotive accessories and enjoys helping customers find the right rims, tires, and accessories to suit their style and needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Greet customers in-store, on the phone, and online, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance.
- Sales Support: Help customers with product inquiries, order placements, and scheduling services for rim and tire installations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest rims, tires, and customization options we offer, so you can make informed recommendations.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues, including fitment questions, warranty claims, and service inquiries.
- Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth transactions and on-time delivery.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, and assist with invoicing and follow-up as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accurately process orders, manage schedules, and ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess and resolve customer issues in a calm, effective manner.
- Product Knowledge: Interest in automotive accessories, particularly rims and tires, is a plus.
- Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working with a team.

Pay: $15.80-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
