About the Opportunity
The Career Foundation is hiring a Recruiter- Business Development Hunter (Commission-Based) on behalf of one of our valued employer partners. We are seeking a driven, results-oriented individual with a strong sales mindset to join a growing recruitment team based in Vaughan, Ontario.
We are looking for a high-energy Business Development “Hunter” to drive new client acquisition for our growing full-service recruitment agency. This is a pure sales role designed for someone who thrives on winning new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals.
If you are competitive, confident on the phone, and motivated by uncapped commission, this role offers significant earning potential and the opportunity to build your own client portfolio.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect aggressively for new clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach.
Identify companies with hiring needs and position our recruitment and talent solutions.
Book and conduct meetings with HR leaders, hiring managers, and executives.
Close recruitment agreements and secure exclusive hiring partnerships.
Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful candidate placements.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
Consistently exceed sales and revenue targets.
Maintain relationships with clients to generate repeat business.

Training & Compensation Details:
- Training Period: Up to 10 weeks, 20 hours per week
- Training Pay: $20 per hour
