Join the Commercial Banking sector!
Within this business line, you will proactively support the Assistant Vice-President and Senior Manager, Commercial Banking to ensure the team's success.
Your main challenges:
Support the department by performing various administrative tasks independently.
Provide support to the Account Representatives with service to clients.
Support on-boarding of new clients by Opening Business Accounts; electronic services; cheques orders and with correspondence to welcome clients
Support customer service in house and on line with high level of professionalism
Manage emails and phone calls with prompt direction to appropriate Manager/ Department. Ensure quick follow up.
Keep your AVP agenda up to date, make his/her appointments, coordinate the logistics of meetings and trips, and suggest improvements to ensure work efficiency.
Support Senior Manager with tasks as assigned
Manage expenses for the Commercial Center
Master all the systems software required for your duties.
Act as a resource person for all the employees in your sector with regard to requests for information about the Bank's administrative policies and procedures.
High school diploma and 3½ years' relevant experience or a college diploma and 1½ years' relevant experience
Experience in proactive agenda management
Experience working with various collaborative tools such Yammer, SharePoint, Skype, etc. (an asset)
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Sense of initiative, proactivity and good collaborative approach, team player
Ability to work autonomously and possess high level of organizational skills
Be client centric
Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French) an asset
