MadTrim Cleaning Services, a commercial janitorial company serving Edmonton and surrounding areas, is hiring an experienced salesperson(s) for a 3-month contract. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in cold calling and lead generation who's ready to hit the ground running.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound cold calls to generate new leads
- Follow up to schedule walkthroughs and secure contracts
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
- Keep accurate records of sales activity
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years of B2B, in-person sales and lead generation experience
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
- Results-driven with a track record of hitting sales targets
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong time management skills
- Commercial cleaning industry experience is a plus, not required
