What are the Responsibilities
- Lead demolition projects from planning through execution and closeout
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance
- Build and maintain project schedules and resource plans
- Track daily production, costs, and progress—and act fast on variances
- Oversee subcontractors, procurement, and vendor performance
- Partner with Superintendents to coordinate labour, equipment, and logistics
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Handle contracts, change orders, and reporting
- Ensure health & safety excellence on every job site
- Stay hands-on with regular site presence to drive results
What are the Requirements
- Background in Engineering would be ideal
- P. Eng or PMP considered an asset
- Proven experience managing construction or demolition projects
- Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Exceptional leadership and team collaboration skills
- Passion for safety, innovation, and operational excellence
