Cheroke Modular Homes is looking for an experienced construction worker who is skilled in framing and general residential construction, including sheds and houses.
Responsibilities:
- Wall, floor, and roof framing
- Installation of LVL beams and TJI joists
- Sheathing (OSB / plywood)
- Siding installation
- Roofing work
- Window and door installation
- General construction duties
- Working on modular and site-built homes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience
- Strong framing skills (required)
- Ability to read blueprints
- Responsible and detail-oriented
- Own transportation is an asset
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
