About Quantum Passivhaus
Quantum Passivhaus is a Passive House Institute (PHI) certified manufacturer of high-performance prefabricated building envelope systems based in Minden, Ontario.
We design and manufacture advanced panelized building systems used in residential and retrofit projects across Ontario.
As demand for net-zero and ultra-low-energy construction continues to accelerate, we are expanding our sales team to support increased market demand for high-performance building solutions.
Position Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth and expand Quantum's presence in the residential new-build and retrofit markets. You will receive a steady flow of warm, qualified leads generated through our marketing and lead generation efforts, and you will grow your pipeline further through your own outreach, referrals, and networking. Your focus will be converting these opportunities into signed contracts while serving as a trusted advisor who educates clients on Passive House principles, net-zero construction, and the performance advantages of our building systems. You will work closely with our design, estimating, and construction teams to deliver accurate proposals and a smooth client experience from first contact through the early stages of each project. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role with significant earning potential for someone who is self-motivated and thrives in a performance-based environment.
What You Will Do
Sell Quantum Passivhaus prefabricated building systems for residential new-build and retrofit projects
Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process
Educate clients on Passive House principles, net-zero construction, and high-performance building systems
Qualify opportunities based on project scope, budget, and requirements
Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations with estimating and design teams
Manage your pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate records
Represent Quantum Passivhaus at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
Share field insights and client feedback with internal teams
What You Bring
1+ year of B2B sales or business development experience (construction, building materials, architecture, engineering, or related industries preferred)
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand technical construction concepts and explain them clearly
Experience managing a structured sales pipeline using CRM systems
Self-motivation and comfort working in a performance-based sales environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Assets (Nice to Have)
Knowledge of Passive House, net-zero, or high-performance building systems
Existing network in Ontario construction, development, or architectural sectors
Experience selling prefabricated or manufactured building systems
Compensation
This role includes:
· A base wage
· Commission-based performance compensation tied to sales results
· Group benefits (available upon successful completion of the probationary period)
Total earnings will vary based on individual performance and sales volume
Earning Potential
Top performers in this role may earn $150,000–$250,000 annually, depending on sales volume and performance.
