Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise carpentry work.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, roofing, siding, and cabinetry using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming, and rebar installation to support diverse construction needs.
- Assist with restoration projects by repairing or refurbishing existing structures with attention to detail.
- Install doors, windows, cabinetry, and siding while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials efficiently throughout each project phase.
Requirements
- Proven contracting experience with a solid understanding of carpentry principles.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, and siding installation is highly desirable.
- Experience including cabinet installation and assembly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in restoration or finishing tasks.
- Valid safety certifications or willingness to obtain relevant training prior to employment is preferred.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
