Role Description
Riverpark Dental is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. We are seeking someone
who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient coordination
- Answer phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries
- Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients
- Process payments and insurance information
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support daily front desk and administrative operations
- Help create a positive and welcoming clinic atmosphere
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of dental reception experience in Canada required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and team-player mentality
- Comfortable learning new systems and software quickly
- Experience with dental software is considered an asset
