Here are the qualifications we are looking for to join our dynamic and passionate team in Orleans!
- You are a passionate Occupational Therapist that loves working with children and watching them grow into beautiful individuals.
- You have experience working with children with different disabilities and conditions.
- You are a team player ready to work with an amazing multi-disciplinary team.
- You have a Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy
- You are registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- You are able to assess and treat clients in person (at times virtually). Services are mainly provided in person at this time.
- You have an aptitude to develop functional, multidisciplinary goals and plans that promote child development and parent education and empowerment using a client-centered approach.
- You have an aptitude for monitoring and updating program plans to meet the varied needs of the children, families, and other members of the clinical team.
- You are able to provide reports (as needed) and maintain documentation to meet both the standards of your professional college and On the Ball practices.
- You are bilingual (not essential, however it is an asset).
- You are committed to the values outlined by On the Ball Pediatric Physio and Occupational Therapy.

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
