Caravan Therapy is expanding, and we are seeking a dedicated, culturally informed Registered Psychotherapist to join our Brampton practice as an Independent Contractor.

Responsibilities
- Conduct intake, assessment, and ongoing psychotherapy sessions specifically tailored to couples.
- Develop culturally informed treatment plans that respect and integrate the diverse backgrounds of our clients.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and manage scheduling using our clinical software (Jane App).Requirements:Credentials:
- Must be a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in good standing with the CRPO, or an RP (Qualifying) who possesses their own active, external clinical supervision.
Experience:
- Must have demonstrated, hands-on experience facilitating couples therapy.
- Language: Must be fully fluent in both English and Punjabi.Location:
- For reliable in-person scheduling, candidates must reside within a 15-minute commute of our Brampton clinic location.
- Technical Skills: Highly proficient with laptops, modern tech workflows, and clinical software
Responsibilities .
- Insurance: As an independent contractor, you must maintain your own active professional liability/medical insurance.Compensation & Setup:Independent Contractor model.
Competitive per-session compensation.
Pay: $80.00-$110.00 per hour
