Duties
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations door-to-door within assigned territories

- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain relationships with new clients to foster ongoing business opportunities
- Utilize marketing strategies to attract new prospects and expand the customer base
- Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions and follow-ups
- Engage in telemarketing efforts when appropriate to supplement door-to-door activities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet sales targets and improve outreach strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or technical sales preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing techniques, telemarketing, and inside sales approaches
- Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
