We are looking for a Lead Admin who brings professionalism, accountability, and a structured approach to their work—while leading with empathy.
About the Role
The Lead Admin leads by example and ensures the clinic’s daily operations run at a high standard. You will collaborate closely with the Clinic Director/Owner to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
This is a part-time position to start, with the potential for full-time based on performance, reliability, and demonstrated leadership. Ongoing training and support will be provided to help the right candidate grow into the role.
This role is primarily based at our South Surrey location, with occasional shifts at our Willoughby Langley location based on clinic need.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead in-clinic front desk administrator during clinic hours
- Greet each patient with kindness, professionalism, and care — addressing questions with empathy and clarity
- Identify operational gaps and thoughtfully improve systems and workflows to better support both our patients and our team
- Oversee Jane App to ensure bookings and billings are efficient, accurate, and compliant with insurers (ICBC, WSBC, PBC, etc.)
- Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment where everyone feels supported
- Maintain clinic cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operations while overseeing inventory
- Track and report key metrics to the Clinic Director
