Part-Time Loss Prevention Officer / Security Guard

Eagle Investigation and Protection Services Inc. is currently hiring a Part-Time Loss Prevention Officer / Security Guard to join our team immediately.

Position Details
- Hours: 8–28 hours per week (based on availability)
- Schedule: Must be flexible; includes evenings and weekends (Saturday & Sunday required)
- Shift Times: Between 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (no overnight shifts; 8 hour shifts only)
- Work Environment: Retail locations (multiple sites)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor retail environments to prevent theft and ensure safety
- Identify and respond to suspicious activity
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain professionalism while interacting with staff and the public
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- Reliable personal vehicle (travel between locations required)
- Clear criminal record with no pending charges
- Completion of the 40-hour PISGA course (or ability to obtain licensing in Saskatchewan)
- Access to a cell phone
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to make quick decisions and work with minimal supervision
