Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Corporate Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and investment opportunities.
- Oversee the management of various ERP systems including SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Dynamics GP to ensure accurate financial data processing and reporting.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to present clear insights for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive operational efficiency.
- Conduct audits and ensure compliance with internal controls by utilizing auditing best practices and accounting software such as Hyperion.
- Support research initiatives related to market trends, industry benchmarks, and potential investment opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Communicate complex financial information effectively through presentations created with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, ensuring clarity for diverse audiences.
- Maintain proficiency in SQL, VBA, Microsoft Access, and other database tools to extract, analyze, and visualize large datasets for strategic insights.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at refining processes related to data management, reporting accuracy, and system integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
- Extensive experience in corporate finance management within the financial services or investment banking sectors.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Hyperion, and other ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (with VBA), PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; familiarity with Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
- Experience working with databases such as SQL and Oracle; ability to perform complex data analysis and reporting tasks.
- Bilingual fluency in French is highly desirable for effective communication across global teams.
- Excellent research capabilities combined with strong analysis skills to interpret large datasets accurately.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, auditing processes, business intelligence tools, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Pay: $59,549.00-$172,988.46 per year
