- Minimum 3yrs experience, working knowledge with Open Dental is considered an asset
- This role serves patients by greeting and helping them; scheduling appointments; treatment coordinating, maintaining records and accounts, answering all inbound calls and emails.
- On the patient experience side, this role is to connect and interact with patients to help make their visit as positive as possible.
- We believe that the process of care for our patients is an entire team approach and the Dental Administrator is a key role where most times they start and complete the patient experience

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- working Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
