Medical Affairs supports the physician workforce across recruitment, development, and compensation. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support V to join our team. The role focuses on managing physician clinical contracts/invoices, particularly alternative compensation. Tasks include: review and execution of contract requisitions; DocuSign facilitated signature; electronic document and data management via MedFile and CAP; preparation and primary review of invoices including with independent follow up and escalation; preparation of initial report drafts, for example ARP FTE reports; responding to questions contracts or payments status from physicians, colleagues, auditors and government funders. The role also provides cross-coverage within the broader Medical Affairs team. Key functions include data entry and validation; financial reconciliation support; timely communication; anticipating needs to provide proactive support; resolving contract and payment issues; and managing competing priorities across multiple clients. The ideal candidate brings experience in foundational accounting and contract management, knowledge of physician compensation in Alberta (including ARPs and how they differ from fee for service), and proficiency using Excel, Tableau, and/or Copilot to analyze and manage data. Candidates should include a cover letter outlining relevant experience. Medical Affairs operates in a collaborative, hybrid environment; candidates must be comfortable working both virtually and on-site with tight timelines. NOTE: Applicants will be required to complete a timed, scored MS Excel skill assessment that will constitute substantive weighting in interview scoring.
