CAPCRETE Group is a growing specialty contractor providing concrete restoration, structural rehabilitation, waterproofing, slab lifting, and specialty construction services throughout Ontario.
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
Concrete construction or concrete restoration experience is mandatory.
Responsibilities
· Manage projects from award to completion.
· Coordinate labour, subcontractors, equipment, and materials.
· Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
· Review drawings, specifications, and contracts.
· Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
· Conduct site visits and ensure quality and safety compliance.
· Coordinate RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project documentation.
· Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Qualifications
Required
· Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience in concrete construction.
· Experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects.
· Strong knowledge of concrete repair, waterproofing, and structural rehabilitation.
· Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
· Valid Ontario Class G Driver's License.
Assets
· Civil Engineering or Construction Management background.
· Gold Seal or PMP Certification.
· Experience with Microsoft Project, Procore, or Bluebeam.
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
