We are a welcoming RV park in the heart of Alberta, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests year round. We are growing the camping experience with hydrotherapy (saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges) and unique glamping stays. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive live in RV Park Manager to oversee daily operations, keep the park well maintained, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities
Guest Services
- Manage day to day operations of the RV park.
- Take and manage bookings through Hostaway and CampSpot.
- Monitor occupancy and manage reservations.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Greet guests and provide a positive check in and check out experience.
Housekeeping Support
- Assist housekeepers with Airbnb unit turnovers as needed.
- Audit cleaning of all units, restrooms, showers, and cabins to keep standards high.
- Ensure reception and guest areas are cleaned and stocked daily by housekeeping staff.
- Address cleaning issues promptly.
Maintenance
- Drain RVs and assist guests with hookups.
- Maintain hot tubs and saunas, including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning.
- Supervise the upkeep of park facilities so they are safe and clean.
- Perform light maintenance tasks or coordinate with external contractors for repairs.
Staff Management
- Oversee a team of up to 3 staff members, including scheduling and task delegation.
- Track and submit employee hours.
- Provide training and guidance to maintain quality service standards.
Administrative Tasks
- Track park expenses and occupancy rates.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to attract new guests.
- Assist with event management and community events.
- Prepare reports on park performance and submit them to management.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in park management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience with CampSpot or Hostaway an asset.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Basic maintenance and handyman abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic computer tasks such as managing reservations and email communication.

- Competitive hourly wage of up to $20 to $23 per hour.

- Free RV stall provided. You must supply your own trailer and pay for your own electricity.
