Taproom Server / Bartender

Do you enjoy craft beer, great food, and creating memorable guest experiences? We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic Taproom Server/Bartender to join our team at Whiprsnapr Brewing Co.
As a member of our front-of-house team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding hospitality while helping create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Serve beer, cider, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver orders accurately
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on beer, pizza, and other menu offerings
- Operate the POS system and process payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming taproom
- Restock glassware, beverages, and service supplies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues professionally
- Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and management teams during busy service periods
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Smart Serve Certification (required)
- Previous serving, bartending, or hospitality experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and special events
