We are a property maintenance company providing services to the Lower Mainland. We are seeking a experienced ground cleaning technician
Individual must be punctual, diligent, detailed, and will enjoy working and growing with the company. We take pride in working safely, efficiently, and continue to provide/maintain a professional service experience to all our customers.
Hours: 8 hours on scheduled work days
Wages: $25 -35/hr depending on performance and certifications
Tasks:
-Maintain and assist crew to promote safe and organized job site at all times.
-Maintain inventory log and equipment/vehicles ensuring vehicles are we'll kept and tidy.
-Maintain courteous and respectful customer service on site while working.
-Pressure washing of grounds and buildings
-Underground parking pressure washing
-Window cleaning and washing
-Gutter cleaning
-Off season snow removal
-Be able to work under pressure and at any given time during the winter season
-Able to handle direct orders from management when required.
Requirements:
-Must have valid drivers license
-Fall Protection and Boom lift certification
-Comfortable at heights (20-60ft)
-Minimum 3 year experience
