What will be your mission?
- Manage the CEO Schedule and emails.
- Ensures that the CEO is current with all his commitments with all his direct reports and employees.
- Assist in the research of opportunities, social media, email and reports follow ups, minute taking.
- Assist in coordination of training and HR activities.
- Maintain and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Assist CEO with personal errands from time to time.
What will be your core accountabilities?
- Minutes taking and reporting.
- Scheduling.
- Avoiding omissions or mistakes.
What will be your main activities and responsibilities?
- Scheduling the CEO's time and appointments and assisting with reminding him.
- Review emails, and discus/point out important ones with CEO, and archive them in their proper folders
- Respond to emails as necessary and/or as instructed.
- Prepare correspondence dictated or requested by the CEO.
- Organize and maintain a schedule of internal and outside meetings.
- Take minutes of internal meetings when necessary, use the WHO, WHAT, WHEN format.
- Assist CEO in HR tasks.
- Assist CEO in research as needed.
- Assisting and coordinating all training activities.
- Assist CEO in quote requests.
- Filter employee appointment requests.
- Follow up with CEO Social Media and execute the strategy.
- Support CEO with Errands and reservations.
- Serve coffee to CEO and guests, as requested or as needed.
- Plan travel schedules, transportation, accommodation.
- Assistance with Project planning, follow ups, execution, communication, deadlines, etc.
What makes you a qualified candidate?
- High school diploma.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communication or something related.
- Administration courses.
- Domain of English language.
- Speaking Spanish is a huge asset.
- Dominium of Google and Microsoft suites.
- Problem solving skills.
- Communication skills.
- Research skills.
