We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Drive outside sales efforts by identifying potential clients and expanding our customer base through proactive outreach and networking
- Manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
- Develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and leveraging marketing strategies
- Conduct technical sales presentations to demonstrate product benefits and value propositions
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions effectively
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships
- Support business development initiatives by analyzing sales data, market feedback, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or account management roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Excellent analysis skills for interpreting market data and sales metrics
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $35,780.37-$76,445.34 per year
