SmartCore DPA team delivers many digital platforms and services to all line of business. Operational Excellence team focus on identifying improvement opportunities, developing framework module, streamlining / automating processes, and promoting best practice to the development team. As we are expanding our footprint on AWS, we are constantly enhancing our capability, optimizing our approach and process to deliver solution, and refining the operation toolset to manage our AWS environment. Identify development and deployment process improvement opportunity
Interact with technology stakeholders to understand the requirement and integrated system / solution
Design, develop, and test solution to automate and streamline manual process
Work collaboratively with development teams, cloud engineering, and other technology partners
Develop and configure IBM ISAM product
Support assessment of incorporating various business requirement
Documents the requirement, detail technical design, and supporting materials
Utilize various DevOps tools to deliver projects / products systematically, enabling continue integration, automated testing, rapid features delivery
Stays abreast of industry technical and business trends through participation in professional association, practice communities and individual learning
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
1-3 years of work experience in related fields.
Knowledge of software development practices, concepts, and technology obtained through formal training and/or work experience
Knowledge of information security frameworks and regulations
Self-motivated, customer focus, delivery focus, and willing to take ownership
Knowledge of Identity Access Management would be an asset
Experience with DevOps tool, such as JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo, would be an asset
Demonstrate strong analytical skill, and problem-solving approach
Demonstrate strong organization skill
Communication skills for both a technical and business audience
Relate well to people from variety of backgrounds
