HyStyle Projects Inc. is seeking an experienced Labourer to join our team in Mitchell, MB. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in labour-intensive work, can work independently and as part of a crew, and is committed to safety, quality, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labour duties on job sites as assigned (construction/renovation or related projects—specific tasks based on project needs)
- Assist trades and supervisors with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload materials, move equipment, and support daily job-site operations
- Maintain a clean and safe work area; follow all workplace safety procedures
- Operate basic site tools/equipment as required and instructed
- Read and understand basic instructions (verbal or written) and follow work orders
- Report issues, delays, or safety concerns to the supervisor right away
- Support team productivity and meet project timelines
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proven experience as a labourer (experience in construction/industrial or similar work preferred)
- Ability to perform physical work and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Familiarity with basic safety practices and job-site expectations
- Comfortable working with a crew and taking direction
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Previous experience working on fast-paced job sites is preferred
