Key Responsibilities:
- Surface preparation (grinding, crack repair, cleaning)
- Mixing and applying epoxy / polyaspartic / urethane systems
- Installation of decorative flakes, quartz, and topcoats
- Operating floor grinders, vacuums, and related equipment
- Ensuring high-quality finish and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and safe job site
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years epoxy or concrete coating experience (required)
- Experience with floor grinders and surface prep equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs)
Preferred (Nice to Have):
- Experience with polyaspartic systems
- Commercial or industrial flooring experience
Compensation:
- $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)
- Opportunity to grow into Crew Lead / Supervisor role
Work Schedule:
- Project-based / flexible schedule (not guaranteed full-time hours)
- Typically 20–40 hours per week depending on workload
- Most work scheduled Monday–Friday
- Occasional weekend work during busy periods
