Landscape Technician – Landscape Construction
Location: Vancouver, BC
Start Date: Immediately
We are a Vancouver-based Landscape Construction & Fencing company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We’re looking for motivated Landscape Technicians who take pride in their work and want to continue building skills in landscape construction.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone with at least 1 year of experience in landscape construction, up to highly skilled installers. You’ll work alongside experienced team members, with opportunities to grow into lead positions. Apprenticeship sponsorship available.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with landscape construction installations from layout to completion
- Install paving stone systems (interlocking & large-format)
- Assist with retaining wall construction (segmental block, natural stone, timber)
- Support installation of drainage systems
- Perform planting, basic carpentry, and masonry tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of landscape installation experience (construction-focused)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic understanding of base prep and grading (or eagerness to learn)
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and ability to maintain a productive pace
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license is an asset
- Red Seal or apprenticeship (or interest in pursuing) is an asset
Pay & Benefits:
- $25–$35/hour, based on experience and skill level. Skill level can exceed pay range.

Hours: Full-time | 35–45 hrs/week (seasonal variation)
Work Area: Vancouver Focused, Burnaby, Richmond, North Shore
Preference given to Vancouver residents or those relocating.
