In this role you will for providing a range of systems analysis and technical support services to all disciplines as it relates to various technical infrastructure. You will provides analyst support in the procurement, installation, and maintenance for all phases of assigned system development and implementation projects.
What you’ll do
Provides systems analysis, developing or modifying procedures to solve system problems and preparing detailed specifications.
Participates in the coordination of infrastructure installations and services.
Provides technical support for installations or enhancement projects
Provides ongoing technical support to user departments for application development and hardware development.
Analyzes and diagnoses business computer application problems and provides resolution to those problems.
Codes new application programs and changes to existing programs from specifications as required.
Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of department goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
Maintains knowledge of infrastructure and technologies by keeping aware of current and new technologies.
What you bring
Graduation from a recognized degree or diploma program in Computer Science or a related discipline
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
2-4 years experience with business and systems analysis
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills and technical acumen
