Replenishment Optimization Intern, Process Improvement

As a part of the Replenishment Optimization team, the Loblaw co-op student will be leveraging advanced process optimization techniques, to identify opportunities, develop solutions and integrate them into our core business processes. Our co-op program touches all aspects of replenishment including forecasting, inventory optimization, operations management and analytics.

Undertake process improvement efforts to optimize the flow of products from supplier to shelf.
Provide analytical insight from large volumes of data to drive efficiency within the supply chain replenishment team.
Create process documentation to support the replenishment processes (SOPs, job aids, forms, flow charts, etc.).
Post-secondary education in industrial or mechanical engineering.
Must have strong computer skills. Highly proficient in MS Excel, Power Point, Access and SQL.
Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills along with time-management skills.
