The Security Manager will report directly to the Team Leader of IT and Physical Security leading a team of IT Specialists.
Job purpose :
Mitigates and addresses risks by identifying potential vulnerabilities related to information leakage or intrusion in a business setting, focusing on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This is done through a comprehensive understanding of IT and security technologies to help ensure a safe work environment.
Responsibility:

Lead the development and implementation of standards for information security assessments.

Supervise security evaluations of business locations and oversee corrective actions.

Evaluate and improve security risk management plans, considering the company's business context.

Lead security assessments, including simulation-based vulnerability testing.

Oversee regular and ad-hoc inspections of system, infrastructure, and production network vulnerabilities, and ensure timely improvements.

Supervise adherence to established security policies throughout security-related investments.

Manage responses to on-site security requirements based on changing task environments, including recommending alternative solutions.

Develop and drive strategic security initiatives aligned with the organization’s long-term goals and business strategy.
Qualifications:
Required
-
Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or Computer Science.
-
7+ years of experience in information security or Information technology.
-
2+ years experience in leading a team of IT professionals.
-
MS Office tool-based report writing and effective communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
-
Certificated in the area of Information Security (e.g. CISA, CISSP, etc.) preferred.
