Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and technical skills to ensure efficient and reliable plumbing solutions. The Licensed Plumber will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in various settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan projects effectively
- Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to complete installations and repairs
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate project progress
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure proper assembly and integration of plumbing components
- Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and regulations during work operations
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing problems using technical knowledge of schematics and system layouts
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and materials used for each project
Experience
- Valid license as a Plumber with proven experience in residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing projects
- Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with HVAC systems, carpentry, welding, and schematics
- Experience with blueprint reading, basic math calculations for measurements and quantities, and assembly processes
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and construction equipment
- Knowledge of construction practices related to plumbing installation and repair tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in diverse environments requiring physical stamina and attention to detail
