About Us
For over 26 years, LA Collection Bridal & Formal Fashions has been one of Manitoba’s leading bridal and formalwear retailers.
With an impressive 8,000 sq. ft. showroom and one of the largest selections of bridal and formal fashions in Manitoba, we are looking for experienced retail sales professionals to join our team.
If you love fashion, sales, and helping customers look and feel their best, we would love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with brides, graduates, and their families
- Help customers select the perfect gowns and accessories
- Provide exceptional, personalized customer service
- Build relationships and confidently guide customers through purchasing decisions
- Learn our designers, collections, styles, and current fashion trends
- Follow up with customers and help achieve individual and store sales goals
- Help maintain a beautiful, organized, and professional showroom
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales and customer-service experience required
- Strong sales ability and confidence closing sales
- Excellent communication and listening skills in English
- Friendly, outgoing, energetic, and professional personality
- Passion for fashion, style, and customer service
- Positive, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Available to work weekends and some evenings
Experience in fashion, luxury retail, jewelry, cosmetics, or other customer-focused sales is preferred.
Previous bridal experience is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided on our bridal collections, designers, products, and store procedures.
What We Offer
- $17–$20/hour base wage, based on experience
- Performance-based sales bonus
- Top-performing consultants can earn $25+/hour including bonuses
- Health & dental benefits after 6 months for eligible employees working 35+ hours per week
