We’re looking for an experienced Client Partner responsible for growing strategic client accounts by building trusted relationships, identifying new opportunities, and turning delivery success into long-term commercial expansion.
This person sits between the client, Euristiq leadership, and delivery teams. They help deepen relationships, improve account visibility, protect client health, and create revenue growth from existing accounts and selected high-potential prospects. Mission:
Strengthen Euristiq’s position inside strategic accounts and turn strong delivery into stronger, broader, and longer-term client partnerships.
Key Outcomes:
- Grow revenue from assigned accounts
- Increase the number and quality of stakeholder relationships inside each account
- Identify and shape expansion opportunities early

- Protect retention by spotting risks before they become problems

Requirements
Client Partnership & Account Growth:
- 5+ years in account management, client partnership, strategic account growth, consulting sales, or similar role
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts
- Experience working with enterprise or upper-mid-market clients
- Experience navigating complex client organizations and multiple stakeholders
Software Services Background:
- Experience in software development services, IT consulting, digital transformation, cloud, or engineering services
- Comfortable engaging both business and technical stakeholders
Personal Qualities:
- Strong executive presence and credibility with senior clients
- Commercially sharp with strong judgment
- Structured, proactive, and high ownership mindset
- Relationship-driven, but disciplined
- Good listener, calm under ambiguity
Responsibilities
Account Growth & Strategy:
- Own commercial growth of assigned strategic accounts
- Develop account plans for top clients
- Identify new teams, business units, projects, and opportunities within accounts
- Bring client and market insights back into Euristiq’s growth strategy
- Support selected new-logo opportunities when relationship-led or account-adjacent
Client Relationship Management:
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders at multiple levels
- Lead regular account reviews and strategic client check-ins
- Work with delivery leaders and engineering leadership to shape follow-on work
- Coordinate proposals, renewals, staffing expansions, and commercial discussions
Account Health & Operations:
- Surface account risks early and drive mitigation internally
- Maintain accurate CRM and account intelligence
Scope of the Role:
This is not a project management role.
This is not a customer support role.
This is not a pure outbound sales role.
This role owns:

- account strategy
- commercial orchestration across existing clients

Background in IT outsourcing, outstaffing, or consulting services is required.
Pay: $49,332.28-$140,722.23 per year
