The Role
We are looking for a reliable, "handy" individual to join our team. This is a dynamic role that combines physical labor, property maintenance, and occasional customer service. The ideal candidate is a jack-of-all-trades who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and can transition from fixing a fence to helping a customer with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Maintenance & Repairs: Perform basic painting, patch drywall, repair minor fence damage, and address simple door/lock issues or minor leaks.
- Assembly & Construction: Build and install shelving units, sheds, and other organizational fixtures.
- Seasonal Grounds Care: Manage lawn care (mowing/trimming) during summer and snow removal/salting during winter.
- Janitorial Duties: Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and professional.
- Customer Support: Assist the front-end team during peak hours with basic computer tasks and customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License: Required.
- Reliable Transportation: Personal vehicle access is a strong asset.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience with basic hand/power tools and "handyman" repairs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (shelving, snow, equipment) and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Basic computer literacy and a friendly, professional demeanor for customer interactions.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- construction or maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
