The Shuttle Driver provides courtesy transport for our special event guests. This role plays a key part in assisting the wedding couple, wedding party, and wedding guests safely back and forth from the chapel to the reception. The ideal Shuttle Driver is a dependable and service-oriented professional who demonstrates a strong safety awareness and takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences. The Shuttle Driver is also accountable for maintaining the shuttle vehicle to ensure a safe, clean, and professional experience for guests at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with wedding couple, always remembering the key role you play in their special day.
- Collect wedding couple at local addresses prior to their event if they are not guests of the hotel and ensure they arrive to their ceremony or photo destination in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Wedding Concierge to effectively manage the “day of” timing and movement of key guests to stay on schedule.
- Transport wedding party members from the Main Mill site to the wedding chapel.
- Provide transportation to scenic points in the local area for pre/post event photos.
- Responsible for keeping the shuttle full of gas, clean, and in good working condition.
- Alert Maintenance & Event Manager of vehicle maintenance concerns.
- Provide guests with hotel facility information as well as general information about the area as required.
- Assist with guest requests in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
- Be fully aware of what functions are going on in the hotel and associated VIP guests.
- Responsible for the use of the company gas card, returning receipts in accordance with company operating procedures.
